Our projects are designed for sustainable, long-term impact. A full project cycle, from initial assessment and community engagement to implementation, monitoring, and final reporting, typically runs for about 24 months. The PRGDT project, for instance, was successfully executed from June 2014 to May 2016.

Active community partnership is the cornerstone of our success. We work directly with community members from the outset, involving them in planning, implementation (e.g., tree planting, compost preparation), and monitoring. This ensures local ownership and the long-term sustainability of all interventions.

We believe in complete transparency. Our partners receive robust monitoring and evaluation reports with verifiable data, such as crop yield comparisons and infrastructure status updates. We also employ community signposts, documentaries, and newsletters to keep all stakeholders informed.

Absolutely. These are core specialties. For example, our projects directly combat soil infertility through compost production, which has doubled yields for farmers. We also rehabilitate water infrastructure like dams and dugouts to solve water scarcity for irrigation and household use.

We are based in the Upper East Region of Ghana and have a proven track record of successful projects in the Nabdam, Talensi, and Bawku West Districts. We have worked in 19 communities, including Sapelga, Gbeogo, Winkogo, Yapaah, Dosabligo, and Sakote.
